Our walk-in wine cellar houses over 6,000 Old World and New World wines. With an emphasis on regional styles and terroir, our collection features multi-award winners such as Joseph Phelps Insignia, Penfolds Grange and Domaine Ott to name but a few. We've also curated an exclusive collection of champagne, barrel-aged rums from all corners of the Caribbean, and a selection of world-famous whiskeys, cognacs, and gins.

Join our sommelier on a tasting journey across the globe, discover which of our smooth, Cognac-style rums marry deliciously with our chef’s chocolate desserts, or simply let us pop open a bottle of your favourite champagne.
